Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Wedly ("App", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Wedly app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Description of Service

Wedly is a wedding planning application that helps you manage a countdown dashboard, a checklist with due dates and reminders, a budget with payment tracking, a guest list with RSVP status, seating and venue layouts (Seating), gift money records (Gift Money), a wedding-day schedule (Day Rundown) shareable as an image or PDF, partner collaboration to co-manage the same wedding (Partner Access), and a home-screen wedding countdown widget. Some features are available only to Wedly Pro subscribers (see Section 3). We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions & Payments (Wedly Pro)

Wedly is free to use, with an optional paid subscription, "Wedly Pro", that unlocks additional features.

Wedly Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or annually, on the following terms:

• Free Trial: Eligible users may receive a free trial of Wedly Pro; the trial length is shown on the subscription screen before you confirm the purchase. At the end of the trial, you will be charged automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The free trial is available only to new subscribers who have not previously subscribed to Wedly Pro.
• Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may vary by region and may change with prior notice.
• Refunds are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play policies. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
• The Pro entitlement is tied to the wedding. When any member (the owner or a partner) subscribes to Pro, all members of that wedding get Pro features for it.

A Restore Purchases button is available on the subscription screen in case you have purchased before but your status has not updated.

4. User Accounts

• You must sign in via Apple (iOS only), Google, or LINE to use the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and not sharing your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts belonging to others without authorization.
• Disrupt, interfere with, or damage the App's services.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the App.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

6. User Content & Collaboration

The data you create in the App (e.g. guest lists, checklist items, budgets, seating layouts, gift money records, wedding-day schedules, cover photos) remains yours. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter, including obtaining your guests' consent to store their information. You grant us the right to store and process this data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

When you invite your partner with an invite code (Partner Access), members of the wedding can access and edit the same data. Only share your invite code with people you trust. The owner can regenerate the code or remove members at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Wedly app, including its design, logo, software, and all content (except user-generated data), is our property and protected by intellectual property laws. Using the App grants you no ownership rights.

8. Termination & Suspension

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we find a violation of these Terms. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — please cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or available without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the App. We recommend you back up important data yourself.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
