How can I sign in?
We support Sign in with Apple (iOS only), Google, LINE, and email. Choose your preferred button on the login screen and follow the on-screen steps. For email, tap "Continue with email", enter your address, then enter the 6-digit OTP code sent to your inbox to confirm.
I signed in with email but didn't get the OTP code — what now?
Check your spam folder first · wait a moment and tap "Resend code" (there's a 60-second cooldown) · make sure your email address is spelled correctly — if it still doesn't arrive, try the Google/Apple/LINE buttons instead, or contact us at the email above.
Can I invite my partner to plan together?
Yes, via Partner Access (a Wedly Pro feature). As the owner, go to Profile → Partner Access to view and copy your invite code, then share it with your partner. They enter the code (at least 6 characters) to join and will see the same checklist, budget, and guest list (up to 3 members per wedding).
How do guests RSVP online?
Open the Guests screen and tap the invite button (the envelope icon at the end of the search bar) to turn on online RSVP, then copy or share the card link with your guests. They can open it in any browser without signing in, enter their name, party size, and response — and they'll appear in your guest list instantly. Online RSVP is free, and you can turn it off at any time.
What is Wedly Pro, and what do I get?
The free tier gives you full Dashboard, Checklist, Budget, Day Rundown with ceremony templates, the MC script library (read-only), online RSVP, the home-screen countdown widget, and up to 100 guests (1 wedding). Wedly Pro unlocks: unlimited guests · Seating & venue layouts with chart/table-card sharing and printing · Gift Money records · editing & sharing the MC script · partner collaboration (Partner Access). It's a monthly or annual subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Pro is tied to the wedding — once any member subscribes, everyone in that wedding gets Pro features.
I paid but it still shows Free / I lost Pro after switching phones?
Open the subscription screen (Profile → Wedly Pro) and tap "Restore Purchases". This pulls your purchase status back from your App Store / Google Play account (make sure you're signed in to the store with the account you used to buy).
How do I cancel my Wedly Pro subscription?
Subscriptions auto-renew and are managed in your store account settings — iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions · Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
How does Seating work?
Open it from the button on the Guests screen. Create up to 6 layouts; in each one add tables, set seat counts, drag tables and reference points (stage, entrance, dance floor, etc.) onto the venue map, and assign guests to tables. When done, export it three ways: as an image (PNG) for LINE/social, as a printable PDF layout, or as table name cards (PDF, one table per page) to print and place on tables at the venue. (A Wedly Pro feature.)
What is Gift Money for?
Record the gift envelopes you receive — pick a guest or type the giver's name, enter an amount (or 0 for a gift), add a note, and mark "thanked" to track your thank-yous after the wedding. Open it from the Guests screen or the Dashboard card. (A Wedly Pro feature.)
What is the Day Rundown for?
It's the minute-by-minute schedule for your wedding day — open it from the "Rundown" tab on the planning screen or the Dashboard card. Create multiple rundowns per wedding (e.g. a morning ceremony and an evening reception); for each event, add a title, start time, host/MC, duration, and notes, and drag to reorder. There are Thai wedding templates to start from (Thai morning ceremony · evening reception · engagement), you can assign a ceremony team with roles and call times to each event, and you can share it as an image or PDF. This feature is free.
Is there a home-screen countdown widget?
Yes, on both iOS and Android — add the Wedly widget to your home screen to see the days left until the wedding, the couple's names, and the date. It comes in three sizes (small/medium/large); larger sizes also show a budget bar and upcoming checklist items. It's free.
Will I lose my data if I change phones?
No. All data is saved to the cloud. Sign in with the same account on your new device and everything will be restored.
Where do I manage notifications, and why aren't they arriving?
Turn each notification type (overdue, due soon, wedding-day countdown) on or off in Profile → Notifications, and make sure notifications are enabled for Wedly in your phone's Settings.
How do I change the language or theme?
Go to the Profile tab and select your language (Thai / English) or theme (Light / Dark / System).
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account (this removes your wedding and all data), or email us at worachattm@gmail.com with your account details.
Which devices are supported?
Both iOS and Android. Your data syncs through your account, so you can use it across devices.
