1. Introduction

Wedly ("App", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Wedly application.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Full name
• Email address
• Profile photo (from Apple, Google, or LINE if you sign in via those accounts)

Wedding Data

• Couple names, wedding date, venue, and total budget
• Wedding cover photo you upload
• Checklist items (title, category, due date, and status)
• Budget items (estimated / actual amounts) and per-payment history
• Guests (name, phone, email, bride/groom side, dietary notes, and RSVP status)
• Seating & venue layouts — layouts, tables, reference points, and guest assignments
• Gift Money records — giver name, amount, notes, and thank-you status
• Day Rundowns — rundown name, date, and the sequence of ceremony events (event name, start time, coordinator/MC, duration, and notes)

Collaboration Data (Partner Access)

• Invite codes and wedding members with their roles (owner / partner)

Subscription Data (Wedly Pro)

• Subscription status (Free / Pro), plan type, and expiry/renewal date
• Free trial status and trial end date, if applicable (trial length is set by the App Store / Google Play)
• An anonymized purchase token from the payment provider
• We never collect or see your credit card or payment details — all payments are handled directly by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play

Device & Settings

• Push notification token (to deliver reminders)
• Language preference (Thai / English) and theme (Light / Dark / System)
• Notification preferences (each type on / off)
• Data shown on the Home-Screen Widget — the wedding-day countdown, couple names, budget progress, and upcoming checklist items are synced to display on your device's home screen (if you add the widget)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the App's features (Dashboard, Checklist, Budget, Guest List, Seating, Gift Money, Day Rundown)
• To let you invite your partner to co-manage the same wedding via an invite code
• To manage your Wedly Pro subscription and unlock features based on your status
• To send notifications for upcoming / overdue checklist items and wedding-day countdowns, according to your notification settings
• To authenticate and maintain your account session
• To improve performance and fix bugs

4. Data Sharing

Collaborating with your partner (Partner Access): When you invite your partner with an invite code, members of the wedding can view and edit the same wedding data (checklist, budget, guests, seating, gift money, and day rundowns). The owner can regenerate the code or remove a partner at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following third-party services solely to operate the App:

• Supabase — database, data storage (including wedding cover photos), and authentication
• Firebase (Google) — push notifications (FCM)
• Apple Sign In — sign-in option (iOS only)
• Google Sign-In — sign-in option
• LINE Login — sign-in option
• RevenueCat — manages Wedly Pro subscription status
• Apple App Store / Google Play — process subscription payments

These providers have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Data stored in the database is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS), ensuring each user can only access their own data.

6. Your Rights

• Access — View your data directly in the App
• Delete — Delete your account, wedding, and all data via Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us
• Correct — Update your personal information in the Profile screen
• Manage notifications — Turn each notification type on / off in Profile → Notifications

7. Children's Privacy

Wedly is not directed at users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data was collected unintentionally, we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or by email. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
